These insights emerged during the inaugural edition of the \u201eRecharge Your Career\u201c career forum, which provided numerous young talents aspiring to make their mark in the renewable energy sector with the chance to glean wisdom from seasoned experts in the field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A distinguished guest, Natalia Efremova, Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Policy, emphasized the necessity for a concerted effort between businesses and the government in transitioning to renewable energy sources. \u201eInnovation must be spearheaded by businesses. They possess expertise and drive new knowledge. Without coordination between the private sector and the state, progress remains elusive,\u201c she emphasized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
